This year the IJURR Lecture at the RC21 Annual Meeting is presented by Dr. Karen Coelho, an urban anthropologist at the Madras Institute of Development Studies (MIDS), Chennai. The lecture is titled Urban Waterlines: Socio-natural Productions of Indifference in Urbanising India.
